 | Prior to Nami Media,
Mr. Mittman began his career in the Music business as
Assistant to Clive Davis, President of Arista Records.
Mr. Mittman went on to run the premier New York
performance nightclub of the 80s, "The Ritz". Mr.
Mittman ultimately became creator and Executive Producer
of the MTV network concert series "Live at the Ritz:"
After the sale of business, Mr. Mittman began producing
groundbreaking television Infomercials and commercials
as Vice President of New Business Development &
Direct Response at Western International Media. During
his tenure Mr. Mittman worked with clients that included
Disney, Federal Express, GE and many more. In 1995 Mr.
Mittman was one of the founding internet application
developers and ultimately started an early internet
company that focused on interactive video conferencing
and subscription based billing applications. Under Mr.
Mittmans leadership, the business grew to over 50
employees and achieved revenues in excess of twelve
million dollars annually. Mr. Mittman is
actively involved in the Southern California interactive
community.

Ken Hayes has been an active
entrepreneur in the Internet industry in the United States
and Europe since 1994, most recently as General Manager of a
lead-generation division of Oversee.net, one of the fastest
growing technology companies in Internet advertising. Ken grew
his division to a multi-million dollar level in less than a year.
Prior to Oversee.net, while living in Europe, Ken founded and
was Managing Director of IMS Learning A/S, one of the most
innovative e-learning companies in Scandinavia, funded by VC's
and sold to Assima Plc in 2007. During Ken's tenure, IMS
Learning was named to Deloitte Touche's European Fast 500.
Back in the mid-90's, Ken was on the European Management Team
of Dell Computer Corporation. Ken is a member of the Pasadena
Angels where his specialty is in finding, screening and mentoring
technology companies as part of the angel investment process.
Ken earned an MBA from INSEAD, France, to go with his BA from
Pomona College.

Mr. Joffe is a
technology veteran with over 20 years experience
innovating. Prior to Nami Media, Mr. Joffe served as
Director of Operations for Super11.net where he managed
the technology development of the largest free ISP in
Brazil. Mr. Joffe helped grow the company from 20 to 150
employees, while architecting and managing the full product development cycle
for Amigo (the company's flagship client/server
advertising and services console). Prior to
Super11.net, Mr. Joffe was involved in founding several
technology startups and has served in a variety of
senior level management positions at companies that
include Hip Software, VPL Research, Xaos Tools,
WorldSite Networks and The Tool Foundry. Mr. Joffe was
awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science
from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where
he spent several years as a researcher in The
Media Lab as a member of the Experimental Music
Studio and Apple Computer's Vivarium project.

Prior to joining Nami Media as Director of Technology Development,
Mr.Hampton lead a distinguished career
working for a variety of leading technology companies.
Mr. Hampton is an internationally recognized
developer, author and speaker. Mr. Hampton created and
published the monthly Perl/XML column for XML.com. He is
the author of several key Open Source Perl XML
and RDF modules, and is a significant contributor to the
Apache AxKit XML Application Server project. Mr.
Hamption is one of AxKit's representatives on the Apache
Software Foundation's XML Project Management Committee
and has recently published the book XML Publishing with
AxKit through O'Reilly Media, Inc. Mr. Hampton's
specific interest and expertise lies in applying
next-generation open standards and Open Source
technologies to solve today's real world business and
communications problems. He is helping to lead the
charge to make the vision of the smarter, more capable
"Semantic Web" a practical reality in today's
marketplace. Mr. Hampton resides in the Southern
California area.
